The Torres del Paine Classic Tour is designed for travelers who want to experience the park’s most iconic landscapes without camping or following a full multi-day trekking route.
This hotel-based program combines daily guided excursions, scenic viewpoints, the Base Torres hike, Milodón Cave, and Grey Glacier navigation into one complete Patagonia itinerary.
The standard version is based in Puerto Natales, with daily access to Torres del Paine. For travelers who prefer to stay closer to the park, we can also quote hotel options inside or near Torres del Paine, subject to availability.

Classic Tour 5-Day itinerary
A clear daily overview of your Patagonia experience, including hiking routes, logistics, meals, and overnight stays.
Arrive in Puerto Natales and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, receive a clear welcome briefing with local recommendations, itinerary details, and final logistics for the next days inside Torres del Paine National Park. The rest of the day is free to rest or explore town.
No meals included
Start the day from Puerto Natales and travel toward Torres del Paine National Park for a scenic full-day excursion. Visit some of the park’s classic viewpoints, including areas around Sarmiento Lake, Laguna Amarga, Lake Nordenskjöld and Lake Pehoe with time for short walks and photo stops along the way.
On the return journey, visit the Milodón Cave Natural Monument, an important site connected to the natural history of the Última Esperanza region, before heading back to Puerto Natales.
Meals: Breakfast and Box lunch included
Travel from Puerto Natales to the Grey Lake sector in Torres del Paine National Park. After check-in, walk to the boat departure area and board the Grey Glacier navigation, a scenic boat trip across Grey Lake toward the glacier.
During the navigation, you can see floating icebergs, mountain landscapes, and the blue ice formations of Grey Glacier, part of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. After the excursion, return to Puerto Natales.
Meals: Breakfast and box lunch included
Start early for the Base Torres hike, one of the most iconic trails in Torres del Paine National Park. The route begins at the Welcome Center and follows the Ascencio Valley through forest, mountain terrain, and the final rocky section before reaching the classic Towers viewpoint.
After time at the viewpoint, return along the same trail and transfer back to Puerto Natales for the evening.

Depending on your departure time, your transfer will take you from your hotel to the airport or bus station for your next journey. This marks the end of your Torres del Paine Classic Tour.

Is Grey Glacier navigation always guaranteed?
Grey Glacier navigation depends on weather, lake conditions, and the operator’s schedule. If the navigation cannot operate, we will help coordinate the best available alternative based on conditions, availability, and your confirmed itinerary.
Can I do this tour without hiking to Base Torres?
Yes. If you prefer a lighter version of the program, we can replace the Base Torres hike with a less demanding scenic excursion inside Torres del Paine. This is a good option for travelers who want to experience the park’s landscapes without committing to a long mountain hike.
