The Patagonia Relax Experience is a five-day trip from a hotel in Puerto Natales, Chilean Patagonia, for travelers who want the glaciers, the park and the local culture without a single long hike.
A day by boat across the fjord to a working Patagonian estancia, with horseback riding or an easy walk and a lamb barbecue; a day through the classic viewpoints of Torres del Paine with the Milodón Cave on the way back; and a day by boat up the Última Esperanza fjord to the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers.
You sleep four nights in Puerto Natales with breakfast. Transfers, the park entrance, the boat, the estancia and the meals on the outings are arranged, with a local guide on every excursion: Patagonia at a gentle pace.

How do I get from Punta Arenas airport to Puerto Natales?
By bus, in about two and a half hours. Several companies run the route through the day, and the timetable changes with the season, so we check the current departures against your flight before you book, in both directions. Bus tickets are not included in the program. We put the whole route on paper, flights and buses, in getting to Patagonia.
Is this trip right for someone who does not want to hike?
Yes, it is built for that. The longest walk is under an hour, on easy ground: the estancia if you skip the horses, the viewpoints in the park and the path to the Serrano Glacier lookout. It suits families, couples and older travelers who want the landscapes and the culture at a gentle pace. We wrote about what the region gives you at an easier pace in Patagonia without hiking.
Is horseback riding required?
No. At the estancia you choose between the ride and an easy walk of about 45 minutes, and the barbecue is for everyone.
What happens if the glacier boat cannot sail?
The boat up the fjord depends on the sea conditions of the day. If it cannot sail, we arrange the best alternative available so the day is not lost.
