How do delivery & pick-up work?
We deliver your gear the day before your trek to your accommodation in Puerto Natales (we'll confirm a time window). That pre-delivery day is FREE. On your return day we collect between 06:00 and 23:00. No store visits needed.
Do you charge for the pre-delivery day?
No. Delivery happens the day before your start date and that day is not charged. You only pay from your start day through your return day (inclusive).
How many days do you charge?
We charge calendar days from your start day to your return day (inclusive). The pre-delivery day is FREE.
- Deliver Mon (free) → Start Tue, Return Thu → 3 days
- Deliver Wed (free) → Start Thu, Return Thu → 1 day
- Deliver Fri (free) → Start Sat, Return Mon → 3 days
